BCP question
On what cycle day did you start your BCPs for your IVF cycle? The directions said to start CD1 or the sunday of your period. I STILL have not gotten my period. When i went for a consult a month ago, he said i could start taking them whenever?

If I remember right I started them around CD 3, right after my baseline b/w and sono.

I always started cd3, after my baseline sono and bloodwork. This next cycle I'm not taking it at all

Yes...at the consult he gave me a script..and said actually you can 'start this now or whenever' ...but the instructions say start cd1 so i tried to email him..and well you know the rest...so yes im asking medical advice from a bunch of screen names

ugh at him... i have been asking a lot of advice on here too, b/c i either can not get a straight answer or do not trust the answer ( not b/c of lack of knowledge, but b/c of not caring too much)

Why don't you ask the doctor. That is your best bet in case they close and don't want you to start BCP until next cycle....
