we just got one ,and we love it !! The flame doesn't touch the food, instead it heats up this bowl thingy under the food, so your food is still juicy and not fried away . We got the char- broil one Image Attachment(s):

Its the best.. the steaks come out so TENDER and very juicy. We have the charbroil RED.
It really cooks meat very moist.
