BBB registry/Calphalon item question
I had my registry at BBB and registered for the Calphalon removable plate electric grill. Yesterday I tried to use the grill and it didn't work. My shower was in January 2010 so my 1 year warranty has definitely passed. Has anyone had any experience with dealing with Calphalon after the warranty expired? What about BBB? Is there anything they can do since it was bought at their store? I'm really annoyed because I didn't even use the grill until after we got married (April 2010) and I'd say I've used it 10 times altogether. It shouldn't have stopped working. Anyway if anyone has any tips, that would be great! TIA!

Do you still have the box? I would bring it back and ask them to help you out. In my experience, BBB has been fantastic with returns/exchanges/etc.

I don't have the box. It was bought off my registry so once they pull that up they can tell that it was actually bought at a BBB store. I'm definitely going to call Calphalon first and see what they can do.

BBB will take it back,no box needed. Just bring it back and they will swap it for you. they are great that way.
