Can you return doubles of registry items for store credit? Also, how much is the completion code?

BBB has the best customer service for returns. I returned stuff I got as gifts, not on my registry, no gift receipt and still got store credit.

10%?? When was that? Ours was Jan/Feb 2013 (can't remember if we used it before or after DD was born). We also used their Manhattan location because we love that store. Our completion discount was definitely 20%.

I'm pretty sure it is always 10%. I remember getting it and thinking wtf. I have normal everyday coupons for 20% off.
