Bayside apartment questions!
Okay, I know of Baybridge (not really apartments but also  )
Then there is the Bay Club.
Then there are towers at waters edge.
I know of Windsor Park and Windsor Oaks.
But what are the ones by Corporal Kennedy and the clearview called?
Also, what are the ones across from Fort Totten called? These are the duplexes.

Towers at waters edge doesn't rent anymore- which is a good thing
I'll find out what the ones on corporal kennedy and the clearview are called- it's bayside gardens maybe?? I'll FM you tomorrow after I go to the bank- I have to pass them
the ones across from Ft totten are co-ops
so are all the buildings you posted- except for bay bridge- they are condos
there is 1 true rental building- Belshire Manor on Bell and 18th ave - across from the towers at water edge
but it wasn't worth the money (it was small, dark and gross)
I looked at all these places- the bay club is $$$$$$$$$
we did so much better renting in a multi family house

Are you talking about Clearview Gardens - it goes from cross Island Service Road (at 160th street) all the way to 20th Ave and Utopia Pkwy (near Ekerd's and Utopia Bagels) ...

I forgot the name too,,it's not clearview. Also, there are lots of other smaller co-ops in bayside...and another condo (near windsor oaks...it's called House Beautiful)
But, are you looking for co-ops, condos or apartment to rent?

Thanks! I'm not looking looking, if you kwim, but keeping my eye out for the future. We'd buy, be it co-op or condo.
The ones by ft. totten aren't clearview gardens. but they LOOK like them in that they are duplexes.
Also, does anyone know what the ones across from Bay Terrace are called?
I can't seem to find this info.

My best freinds mom lives in the ones across from Fort totten, I just texted her for the info. They aren't duplexes tho..just garden apartments. (two story buildings, one apt on each floor)

We are selling our co-op in bayside. its in Jeffrey Gardens, which is south of Northern blvd around 46th Ave. It's walking distance to the train station and shops on bell.

No. Actually, I'm near those.
These are the ones I know:
Bay Club
Baybridge
Towers by waters Edge
THESE ARE WAY TOO $$$$$ for me.
I am trying to figure out the names of these:
The garden apartments across from Fort Totten (at the light where Bell and the Cross Island traffic meets).
The buildings BEHIND Bay Terrace shopping center...basically across the street from The Bay Club.
And the buildings that are on Bell Blvd but across the street from the Bay Terrace Shopping Center.
The ones next to Bay Terrace that have the blue panels on their balconies and are right near the library.
I know, I'm asking a lot.

I think the ones across from Ft. Totten (I mean the entrance to the Cross Island Parkway) are called Bay Terrace Gardens
and I think Kennedy Quad is 32nd Ave and Corp. Kennedy St
