Bathroom Addition
Hi,
Has anyone added a bathroom? Any idea of the costs of this? We would like to add a master bathroom to our bedroom. A full, nice bathroom, but not OTT.

I am wondering how much an additional bathroom costs in taxes so if anyone knows that would be great as well! (esp. in the town of babylon)
My parents did their bathroom (pre-existing) and that was $10,000 three-four years ago. I can imagine to do it from scratch at least $18-20K
