We have been thinking of redoing our bathroom and got a quote from Bathfitter for 4k. Is it worth it? Any experiences? tia

I don't think it's worth it, that's too expensive, you could get brand new tile for not much difference in price. Are you redoing the whole thing or just the tub area?

Re: bathfitter?
What are you having redone? My ILs did it years ago and just did the tub area (tub, tile, ceiling and sliding doors). I don't know what it cost but there's was pricey due to all the stuff they added.

Re: bathfitter?
We were going to have tub, tile, doors done. I am really on the fence because I thought this would have been cheaper. I do like that it is an in and out job. It wont take up too much time at all. We didn't put a deposit down though.

Re: bathfitter?
its not cheapeer... if you are gutting everything/re-doing all the tiles and fixtures, just get a new tub and re-tile
