I have a porta crib instead of a bassinet- it is the dream on me 2 in 1 folding porta crib in natural. We have an upgraded mattress for it.

I had the Safety 1st Nod Away bassinet and loved it. I like that it had a mesh side window, so I could easily see Dd while laying in bed, and it has a night light and vibrates if needed. Everyone raves about their Rock & Play, but it just doesn't seem substantial enough to me, and I didn't like that the baby doesn't lay flat in it. These are just my own issues with it, as SO many people love theirs.
