Basement Redo! Inspiration chosen...now what??
Our upstairs is very "pier one"ish. LOL. Lots of earth tones and a few jewel tones mixed in. Any who! When we decided to redo the basement, we figured we'd have some fun with it! Here's our inspiration!
It's going to be a wide floor plan with a family room/play room. There will also be a 1/2 bath and a laundry room.
Obviously we can bring any color in.  What are your ideas? I have NO idea what colors to paint!!!

I'd do some bright orange and pink throw pillows, some lava lamps, and paint a cool gray.

 i like this color scheme
or...do a wall like this
with charcoal grey couches (clean modern lines) and colorful throw pillows...and framed yellow submarine / beatles art.
