Port Jazz in Port Jeff has live music every weekend. Usually they're good bands.

Tailgator's in Patchogue has a live jam on Saturday nights, and I think they have bands there on Friday nights as well.
Oscar's Ale House in East Islip occasionally has bands as well.

I used to go see them all the time when they played Dublin Pub like 7 years ago. They were my favorite!!
