Barbie doll Cake. where to find?
need one for sat.
My DD is dying for one. I saw it at that bakery in Levittown and havent priced it yet but think it could be $$.
Its for a small family gtg, since Im not having a party this yr for her.

ETA: the one with the doll in it and the dress is cake.
Not the actual 'Barbie" theme cake.

I wound up making one myself bc our local bakeries were charging around $85!
It was pretty easy & came out great!

They have them in walbaums I got my dd a small cake for 10 dollars

wow thats alot of money.... no joke in girl scouts in middle school a bakery relative of the leader came, brought the cakes and dolls, we pushed the doll in, iced and decorated the cake, it was so much fun.

I would price out the cupcake version.
It is a lot of money to spend on a cake, ESP since a lot of people cannot get past the hair/cake issues. I love cake, but the hair makes me skip a piece.
My daughter had a cupcake one at party, it was more like a mini cake...but totally same effect

I know! I think it was bc I needed to feed about 20+ ppl, so they needed to make it on the bigger side.

nah, shes probably right LOL.
i couldnt pull that off like Andrea.
plus i rather pay $ to do something like that than have me get all messy and fustrated that I couldnt do it right.
