I just bought mine at A.C. Moore. You print them yourself. They are white, with a white pearlized border and a white pearlized cross on top. Simply, but elegant!

I bought a set at Target (from the wedding area) and printed them myself. I added a ribbon on the top as well.
Otherwise...I would have ordered from polkadotdesign.com

We did the same ones for Andy's party. For Sarah's I got a different kit that had a cross charm that we tied on the top of the invitation with a ribbon.
