bank vent
We got charged $10 non-refundable fee on our money market savings acct because we 'exceeded the legal limit of transactions' with closing on the co-op this week.... ugh! I never knew there were limitations on how you could spend your money....urgh... sorry just had to vent!

i would go to the bank and fight that if it is your first time doing it.
considering the circumstances, they should give u a courtesy refund!

I argued with the lady on the phone and she said it's a federal issue not a bank issue and they're not refundable.... then she was like 'congratulations on your new home'....eww

if you transfer from an interest beaving savings (or money market) to a noninterest (checking) more than 6x per month it violates a banking regulation.
they can still refund it i thought
