Balsamic marinated chicken cutlets- HELP!
I marinated chicken cutlets in balsamic and olive oil to grill but m BBQ isnt wokring and I am not about to figure out how to fix it...so Can I bread them and fry them instead? Or would that taste nasty now since they are marinated?
What else coudl I do

You can bake them or put them on a george forman grill.

I wouldn't bread them.If you don't have a grill pan/George Foreman I'd just bake then.

I wouldn't bread them.If you don't have a grill pan/George Foreman I'd just bake then. I have a foreman. Just that it is 3 lbs and going to take FOREVER!! LOL

I could still do that. Didnt cook them yet. With what a little oil? Brown them?

want my little trick?
put a little oil (not too much being that you have the marinade already) in the pan on medium heat.. let it heat up and then sprinkle a teaspoon of sugar in the pan and then put the chicken cutlets in there (not too wet though).. it'll brown them nicely and will even out the vinegar taste to them ;)
