Ballet Flats
Do you think these could be worn with thin socks ? Could you wear them with jeans / slacks? I'm looking for a practical style.

The BR flats are cute but why would you wear socks with them? That's very old-ladyish 
The 2nd pair are  IMO. Sorry!

Not crazy about the second pair but the first ones i can see for work. I wouldnt wear socks with them maybe knee highs would work (i feel like an old lady suggesting this but I use them sometimes in the winter with dress shoes and dress pants)

i wouldnt wear any ballet flats with socks! you can see the sock since the show is so small by the toe - even if you pants are long you will see i when you sit. please dont wear sock with them
if you want comfortable shoes that you can wear with socks, get a pair of flat boots

Ballet Flats
The only socks i ever wear with ballet flats look like fishnet stockings. They look cute with a black suede ballet flat with a bow!

Thanks ... I was actually just thinking thin dress socks with pants or jeans ... not very often because once it gets cold I wear my boots.
