Bakery that makes Easter bread
Although I lived on LI for years, I have never been able to locate a bakery that sells Easter bread. I mean really delicious sweet Italian Easter bread with sprinkles.
I don't have the time to make it this year and wondering if anyone knows of a bakery in Lynbrook, RVC or Oceanside area that sells really good Easter bread.

Bakery that makes Easter bread
Have you tried Malverne Bakery? I am not sure if they have it but they have great treats. I have also had stuff from Riesterer's bakery that is great too. I don't know if they have it either but definitely worth a call.

You can make it!! It's so easy, it's been a tradition in my family for years. The recipe is on my blog. 
ETA - Oops, Sorry. Just noticed you said you didn't have time to make it.

I just saw this at Uncle G's also. I always see it there every year, and never knew it's a "thing". It doesn't look very tasty to me. What does it taste like?

Bread that has a hint of sweetness to them. I like them for breakfast.

DH's mom used to make cookies like this. So smaller, but with room for the egg, and in like a braid . And they had lemon zest in them so they had a lemony flavor and a more pastry like texture.
They were actually very yummy

Yup the Uncle Guiseppes in Melville has a ton on display at the entrance.

They are SO delish!! There are two variations, one that has a drier more crumbly texture and the other (which is my recipe) that is very soft and sweet, similar to the texture of a broiche or Challah bread. It's an excellent bread and very easy to make. You should try it!!

Not in the area u mentioned but u might want to try Duck Island Bread in Huntington. It’s a small artisan bakery that makes everything from scratch, the owner is the one that does all the bread making, everything is soooo yummy in there. The only bad thing is that he only opens on Saturdays
