Re: Bahamas Dining
We leave for Atlantis next week.
My kid friendly restaurant list includes Johnny Rockets, Shark Bites, Seagrapes, Virgil's BBQ and Carmines.
We will definitely eat at Nobu and Mesa Grill but they are not kid friendly. We will also probably be eating at Starbucks and Mosaic for breakfast.

Re: Bahamas Dining
We have been numerous times and the worst part about the the trip is dinner. It is such pain.
Here are my thoughts on the places and you can take what you would like from it
Carmines: If you do not have reservations already, you probably will not get in. The service stinks! The food really isn't that great. Everything is also family style so I feel like it is wasteful if you do not have a large group because if you are staying in a regular room you can not re-heat the food. If you are staying at Harborside or The reef different story.
Johnny Rockets: Good, but it is your basic fried food stuff. The kids like it but is really only good for one or two nights
Virgils: We ate here for the first time this last trip. It was 3 kids and 3 adults. What a waste of money!! It is also family style but the food isn't that great and its as expensive for what you get. They do have a kids menu though. The ribs are dry rub and you can put your own BBQ sauce on them.
Murray's Deli: Great for kids and even adult. Never really had anything bad there.
Bimini Road: Also good for kids certain nights they play live music outside
Olives: Wasn't crazy about the regular food but the flat bread pizza was good and while we didn't take the kids there, they would have liked it.
Mosiac Buffet: Kids under 4 are free, 4-12 are half price so with the gratuity and tax I think it was $24. It is the more expensive buffet because it has a better food selection. They have more seafood than Market place buffet. Adults come to $75 a person.
Mesa Grill: While we never took our kids there, I think you could take them there. There food isn't heat spicy just flavorful.
Nobu: Love…definitely not for kids.
Chopstix: Disappointed. A lot of people like it but I was expecting authentic chinese food and it really wasn't that.
Brats & Balls, Shark Bites, Dive In, Cave Grill and Lagoon Grill all close between 5 & 6. It is more for lunch.
One thing they changed this year is that not all the restaurants are open all the time with the exception of the buffets. This includes the places by the pool. The places for lunch also have different foods. Not all have burgers or wraps or nuggets. Some have fries some only chips.
Also, some of the places by pool only take CC or room charges, while others take cash also.
The other places they have, I have not eaten at. As far as breakfast, I agree with Bridex, Starbucks for quick stuff or the buffet. Other wise, I brought cereal from home and milk (I brought almond milk because that is what we drink). The food is very expensive so be prepared for that . I am talking $4.50 for a bagel with cream cheese.
Hope this helps.
