What part is baffling you?
All the visitors to the house are ghosts and somehow linked to the house in some way in the past.

It is SO creepy.
The teenage boy - soooooooooooooooo creepy.
The scene with the rubber suit - who the eff was that?!?!?
Kind of reminds me of The Others with Nicole Kidman. The whole "everyone is a ghost" thing.
Random True Blood coincendences - Denis O'Hare (Russell Edgington from True Blood) was in it and that newt thing that was in the jar when the twins are in the basement is also in the beginning scenes of True Blood.

I think everyone is a ghost but is Jessica Lange's character a ghost too? I said no my friend thinks yes -- what about her daughter?
Also, can someone get pregnant by a ghost? Mayeb I am thinking about this too much LOL.
