Bad headache
I've got a bad headache right now. I haven't been to the doctor yet for my 1st checkup. Is it safe to take 1 tylenol? I have 500mg capsules. Or should I try a cup of coffee?

Tylenol is ok. Pretty sure my dr told me 1 extra strength was perfectly fine.

1 tylenol is fine. Also make sure you are drinking enough water, you could get a headache if you aren't hydrated enough.
