Bad cold, what can I do?
I've had an awful cold for the last few days. Stuffy nose, sore throat. It's not too bad during the day but at night I can't breathe through my nose and end up sleeping with my mouth open, I wake up every hour or so because my mouth is so dried out from this. I already have the humidifier going in the bedroom, is there anything else I can do? I'd rather not take anyhting so home remedies/natural stuff would really be helpful. Thanks!

Try a neti-pot and also some plain saline spray. I wouldn't have made it through my pregnancy without them. I used the neti-pot when my allergies/sinuses were really bad and I used the saline spray several times a day.

Do not use a neti pot w/ tap water! If you are going to use it, use distilled water!
