back yard issues...

So we bought a townhouse and moved in a few weeks ago. Bella loved the little fenced in yard, but all of a sudden she will not go out into the grass, she will just stay on the deck, or hop to each stepping stone. What the heck is wrong with her??? I tried to pull her out on the grass and she just hopped back to the deck!! ETA the back yard is poop-free we always try to pick it up right away.

Is she not used to grass? Or maybe it's long and poking in between her toes?

Toby hates walking on the grass if it wet or even a little to long for him. He acts like its hurting him to walk on it. Its pretty funny to watch.
