I missed the first 10 minutes, but I enjoyed it. Although it was very predictable.
Patricia Heaton looked GREAT!! I am always in favor of shows that portray older, intelligent women.

I thought the beginning, when they show why he was fired from his old job, was hilarious.
There were some funny lines and they have good chemistry.
