Back pain...Therma Care patches ok to use?

Back pain...Therma Care patches ok to use?
Anyone know if those Therma Care patches are ok to use during pregnancy?
I think I just slept funny but my back is really killing me today. I have an 18 mos old DD to chase around so I need something more than Tylenol to ease the pain.

My Dr told me no because a lot of those patches contain aspirin. She said to use a regular heating pad and take a tylenol =/
Sorry I totally feel your pain. I just had the same thing yesterday I used a regular heating pad all day and Im relieved a feel a lil better today.

Old school hot water bottles work too.
