Back pain from sitting??
Everytime I sit for more than 15 minutes, I get this horrible pain/ache in the middle of my back towards the side of my spine. Has anyone had this?? Im 16.5 weeks and wondering if it is too soon for my back to hurt.

Try putting a pillow on your chair.. Its been on and off all pregnancy. it might be that the baby is sitting on a nerve or something.. HTH
