Back pain
Has anyone else experienced this excrusciating back pain like along the spine in the middle of the back? I don't know if I can keep bartending.

I get this if I am standing for too long. It is horrible. If you put a heating pad on it helps a little. They sell those sticky heating pads that last for like 8 hours that you can stick to your back while you bartend, you might want to try that.
