back pain
Any rec's on how to fix this?? It's only my right upper back and it just is sooooo tight and uncomfortable 
I just bought a groupon for acupuncture...any thoughts on that? Thank you!

Thanks! I just went to a pre-natal yoga class...do you go to regular classes as well and just modify?

I've been seeing a physical therapist that specializes in pregnancy back pain. It's helped a ton!!

My back has been killing me! My best friend is 31 weeks and has been going for acupuncture and said it helped a ton. I might have to give it a try.
