Back pain
What can I use to alleviate the pain??
My lower back hurts so bad! And My 17mth old does not seem to care lol, I think I may officially be to fat for the playground or i may just need to bring an oxygen tank

My lower back is killing me right around my tail bone as well. The only thing that seems to be helping is rest. I also have a DS at home and it really does make it difficult to rest. DS was just potty trained so I find myself bending and lifting to help him in the bathroom. By the time DH gets home, I can barely move. If you find something that helps you, please let me know

Maybe a heating pad for a few minutes at a time?
