Back Pain
I am 11 weeks and getting excruciating sciatic pain. I take a Tylenol if it's REALLY bad, but mostly I just deal.

Re: Back Pain
I am almost 21 and i do get back pain. Mostly after I finish cleaning or standing up for long periods of times. what I do is that I try to sit down for a bit or lay down or if you are at work try to walk around a little bit and stretch

Back Pain
I get really bad lower back pain. Because I have a neurostimulator in my check and wires in my neck and back I can't go for a massage because it would be a waste to just do one part of my back. I do stretches, heating pad, and DH will rub my back if it's really bad. I only take Tylenol when it hurts to even walk.

Re: Back Pain
I would absolutely recommend chiropractic! I go every week & it's a tremendous relief.
