Back hurts
Im almost 27 weeks (as of saturday) and my back hurts SO bad.. does anyone have any good remedies? What about the belly band that motherhood maternity has? Any input is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

The only thing that helps my back is rest. I also sometimes use a heating pad.

thank you very much for replying! I came home from work and just laid flat on my back on the bed.. its very painful! Im ALL belly and its putting alot of strain on my back and tylenol just doesnt work.

I have the belly support band that they sell at BRU (it might be the same one at Motherhood). I used it b/c I pulled a muscle in my side - but let me tell you how much it helped - I could really feel the difference! There was a cheaper one, but this one I think is the one to go with. Feel Better!

I hope you feel better. I use a restful weekend, a heating pad, and if you can take a bath that helps so much.

Thanks, I emailed the link to my husband and I and I plan on going to get this on Saturday. This one seems like a much better back support than the one at motherhood. The one at motherhood was just a band, nothing above the belly and it was 18 bucks. Id rather spend more for it to the job and it seems well supported. Thank you SOOOO much for your info!
