Back from vacation
hello everyone I am back from vacation. My Mom was here from Ireland. We did a lot of fun stuff & had a good time but I realized (this is not new to me) that I do not have a good relationship with her which makes me so sad. There was a whole bunch of drama in my life this week not only with my Mom but with my DH Mom and our tenants and some other family members. All separate things. So I think I need to go back to therapy which is something that I really didn't want to do but I feel like some of this stuff I create for myself without realizing it. So if anyone has a great therapist would you mind sharing. I am really feeling down and stressed out.
