hang in there!! it clearly doesn't matter how far along you are - i am sitting here at 3cm, 90% and no baby yet!!!!! it could happen all at once for you at any time.

I was told..You are most likely going late...make an appt two days after due date and then an appt and then the following wk.
Yea...about 5 days early I went.

I remember 39 weeks and wishing Lucas was here already. Two days before I actually gave birth we were at LIJ because I was having contractions. My doc was on call and when it was just us in the room told me that it was my call - she could deliver today if I wanted...It was exactly what I wanted to hear but then I thought "this is what I want - not what Lucas wants" so I went home - disappointed but also kind of proud of my first parental decision.
I am sending lots of good wishes for your little one to come out soon to see you!

don't even stress it. I had 2 days until my due date. I went to the doctors on a Thurs afternoon I was 1/2 centimeter dialated and a little effaced and I was going to be induced the next morning. He told me to come into the hospital at 6am.
Well I never made it to the next morning. I had her that night at 11:33pm. When he first walked in the room at 10:45 he was like what did you do??? I was like what did I do, what did you do doc???
Start doing squats. I swear by them.
How funny is that I didn't even see the post above me unitl after I posted. Try it.

Hang in there! My sister was shut up tight at her 39 week appointment and by the next evening she had given birth! Anything can happen.

Dont worry...I was the same way...DS was born only 1 day late and at my 39 week appt, I was completely closed!!! A lot can happen in one week!!
