back breaking out
ugh, whenever summer ends my back breaks out! i guess it's from wearing long sleeved shirts or whatever? what can i do to help this? i used a body scrub in the shower to help exfoliate. what else?!

When my back used to break out I used this spray by Murad and it seemed to really help. You can get it at Sephora.

Doesn't neutrogena make a medicated body wash just for this problem? That might help you.

I used that in my early twenties and it definitely helped.

Ugh, I used to deal with horrific "bacne." It cleared up for a very long time, but is just starting to come back. if you can deal with the smell, Tea Tree Oil works wonders. You also may want to take a trip to the derm. just to see if he/she can give you a topical Rx or if it is really bad, an antibiotic.

Also, one thing that helped me was putting my hair up after rinsing it from conditioner in the shower. I wash, condition, rinse, then clip it up while I wash my body, including my back. It washes away the conditioner residue.
