back aches?
Anyone have really bad lower bachaces at 17 weeks preggo, i am sitting at my desk and it is really bothering me right now.....

I am 14 weeks & this past weekend I had lower back pain on & off. It seemed to be triggered by bending over (& over & over)! into the shopping cart at the supermarket to unload the groceries. It went away after a while, but it seems to come & go, even while in bed at night. The joys of pregnancy!

I have them bad everyday until I lay down at night. Sitting at my computer at work doesn't make it any better either.
I've been doing some pre-natal yoga which helps a little but between the big belly and ginormous boobs my back is going to hurt no matter what.
