back ache
ive been very lucky this far and have had a super easy pregnancy...but the past two days i have had a killer back ache. anyone have any remedies or suggestions to help? its one side, near my shoulder blade (which just seems odd)...i find myself rubbing that spot up against chairs, walls etc (looking like a freak), just to try to get a moment or two of relief. Tylenol has not helped
can i take something else? use an icy hot patch or some thing else maybe? help

back ache
I'm 27 weeks and have had horrible back aches. I'm going to buy a Maternity Support Belt this weekend. Hopefully it works! No position has helped me; DH's back rubs helpt a little; but it's awful during the day! And at it's worse after I wake up in the morning!

Re: back ache
it's prob your "posture muscles" - i guess bc of the strain to your lower back, you compensate for it with your upper back and poor posture, without realizing. that's how my ortho and massage lady explained it to me. nothing has helped me
