Babysitter pay increase for second child
Wondering how much more I should pay. She is a wonderful women and watched my son since he was 8 weeks old and he is now 2.5 years old. I had my second and will be returning to work and she will be 3 months. I only have sitter once a week (work pt and my mom does other day.) I use to only use her for 5-6 hours but now it will be eight. My older child will be going to nursery school for three of hours she is there. I pay for 16/hr. What should I go up to? I asked her how much more she wants and she said whatever you are comfortable with.

I'd probably just give $20 per hour because it's only 8 hours. will only cost you an extra $32 but I'm sure she'll greatly appreciate it!
