babysitter gift ideas

my mother's helper/babysistter comes every monday afternoon for a couple hours to play with DS. She is 14 years old. I plan on giving her extra $, but also want to get her something small from DS.

Any ideas???

ETA: would a GC to a store in the mall be OK or should I get something more personal??
