baby's size question???
At my last ultrasound (19 weeks) the baby was measuring at 12oz. Everywhere i read says the baby is normally 8 oz at this time. Is this normal???? Does anyone know how much their baby weighed at 19-20weeks??

i'm sure its fine, at 33 weeks my  was measuring close to a lb bigger than what my books say, but the dr had no problem with it

I also notice depending on where i am reading the weight is different. Books and websites are all a little different.
Dont stress it!
Why dont you ask your doctor what percentile you are in?

It's fine to measure a little big and those measurements are not always right- they're always a little bit off. I measured big all along and my Dr. thought I'd deliver eraly. I wound up being induced 6 days past my due date. And the day before the induction they measured and said DS would be over 9lbs, he was born 7lbs, 11oz.

At my Level II at 20 weeks they said the baby was 12 oz. also.

ITA, plus my doctor told me that  measured at 12oz at my 20w sono.
