Baby's size at 32 weeks?????
Anyone have a growth sono at 31-32 weeks? If so, how big was the baby?
They told me  is already 5lbs and if I went to my due date, which I will not because I am scheduled 10 days before, could hit double digits.
That makes me nervous! DD#1 was 7lbs 12oz and she was 3 weeks early.
I am a small person, I am small boned and weight between 112-116 when not p/g.

At 32wks DC was 4lbs 5oz - they estimate high 7lbs, maybe 8lbs.

At my 32  weighed 4lbs 13 oz and they estimated that he would be between 8-9lbs if I went full term.

was just under 4 lbs at 31 weeks 5 days. Dr. thinks she will be little but I was a small baby and DH wasn't big.

2 days before I had him, the docs estimated DS's weight at about 8 1/2 lbs. When I had him 2 days later, he was 7lbs, 4 oz. Keep in mind that the estimated weight is just a guess!

I had my growth sono last week at 32 weeks and I was told was 5 pounds and was measuring ahead of schedule by 2 weeks! Her head is also pretty big...
I have my OB appointment this week and I'll go over everything with her.

I had one at 34 weeks and they said he was 5lbs 9oz. I go again tomorrow to check his size again. They've been telling me i'm having a big baby also...i'm hoping they're wrong,,,i'm scared to death of delivering a large baby.

DS was estimated to be 5.5Lbs at 34 weeks. He was 7Lbs 13 oz at birth (39 weeks).

I had my 32 week appt yesterday and was measuring at 4 lbs 8ozs if you go by his femur and 5 lbs 6 ozs if you go by his head measurement.
Apparently his head was measuring at 35 weeks and his legs at 31.
I will be having an extremely large headed, short legged baby!!
I'm also pretty small (5 ft) so, not looking forward to pushing that huge head out!!

I had my growth sono at 32 weeks, and measured at 5lbs, which they told me is in the 85th percentile. The head was measuring big. I am not surprised b/c DH & I are not small people, but I am not too worried about the weight b/c I think bigger babies are generally happier babies. I saw my OB right after the sono, and she said I still shouldn't get my hopes up to deliver before my due date, so I guess double digits wouldn't concern him too much too. Although that miiiight push me to get the epi even though I want to avoid it.

I know just b/c you went 3 weeks early with DD #1 that doesn't necessarily mean you will go early with DD #2........BUT who's to say that it won't happen? You might go before your scheduled date.
I say the baby will weight around 8lbs give or take.

I think Ds was about that size too. I actually went 6 days past my due date and was induced because of low fluid levels. They told me the day before his induction he'd be about 9 lbs. He was born 7lbs11oz. And I was able to push him out.
