Baby's Birth Certificate
So this completely slipped through the cracks. We never got it, moved, and I totally forgot about it! Well DD is getting baptized Sunday and the church needs it!!
Where can I physically go to pick this up today? She was born at Good Sam in Islip so do I I go to the Town of Islip? Thanks!

Yes. Just go to the town, pay $10 cash or check and they will give it to you.
