Babymoon??

When I was pregnant with my daughter, we went to the Poconos for a few days in the summer. It was good b/c the ride isnt too long and theres lots to do during the busy seasons there. We are planning on going back this time around, but we're not staying at the hotel. My in-laws have a house and we're gonna go with Genevieve and just kinda relax for a long weekend....

No time. I don't have a flexible vacation schedule but if I did...
As I'm a teacher the only holiday would be Christmas and I can't be away from family for that.
February is too late and I won't be working or allowed to travel.
IL's have promised they are taking everyone to Hawaii Summer of 08 so that's what I keep dreaming of
Maybe a Bed and Breakfast, Mohonk. I would think a local resort (not too many hours away) or a short plane ride if your doc says ok. Nothing with too much walking, sightseeing.

Yes - we went to the W hotel in the city and turned off our cell phones and just played tourist - it was really nice because I had an entire weekend off work which I have had 2-3 times the entire year so it was just us for 2 whole days

we inadvertently took a babymoon to Hawaii when I was about 10 weeks pregnant. We booked the trip way before finding out I was preggo though!!!!!!!

We're looking into taking a babymoon .. probably in early April (when I have off from school). I'll be about 28 weeks. Not sure where yet. I have a few ideas, like an all-inclusive caribbean vaca, or maybe stay local and go to the Mohonk House. I'm up for all ideas, though.

We went on one to NYC for 2 nights when I was about 30 weeks pregnant. It was so much fun! I got a massage and facial at Edamame, and we just relaxed and went out to dinner, and walked around the city.

We are going to Florida - Ft. Meyers and Sanibel Island - in February. I'll be about 25 weeks then. Short plane ride, and we have friends going too. Otherwise I would go to Puerto Rico (quick direct flight, stay in a resort).

We technically had two.
We went to St. Marteen in September when I was just under 20 weeks. Had a great time and enjoyed swimming and relaxing on the beaches, exploring the island and even snorkeling.
My sister in law got married on a 7-day cruise out of Miami going to Costa Maya, Mexico, Grand Cayman and Ocho Rios, Jamaica. I was 27 weeks and had a much more difficult time because my ankles kept swelling up. We made the best of it, but I would say plan to go somewhere before that.
I would definetly recommend St. Marteen though.

Aruba! If you want to just relax by the pool/ocean this is the place for you! It was maybe the most relaxing week of our LIVES!
We went when I was 16 wks PG and it was great - I still felt good and wasn't huge - we had a great time.

Not really a babymoon but we went to mohegan sun overnight once and then to foxwoods for a full weekend. It was awesome. I just stayed away from the smoke as much as possible..had a great time!
