Babycare class at Dest. Maternity
Has anyone taken the baby care basics class at destination maternity on glen cove road? It's affiliated with Winthrop I think? I was hoping to take the class at NSUH where I am delivering, but the date doesn't work for me.
Their class is $20 pp but NS charges $75 per couple! Pretty big price difference- just wondering if the cheaper class means it is not as good.

DH & I took that class at DM when I was preg with DC#1. It was a good class. We brought a doll with us to be our baby & we were shown how to bathe it, burp it, swaddle it. We were shown BF positions too.
Can't remember what else.
I delivered at Winthrop & before you check out, you are required to sit in on a short baby care class as well.
