baby weight 3rd tri
How much did your baby weight at 33 weeks? My princess was measuring 4.4 lbs. Dr. said that she is on the smaller side of normal. Just curious what the average is.

at 30-31 weeks baby weighed 3lb 7oz and I was told that she was 50th % HTH

At just shy of 34 weeks the baby was 4lbs10oz, in the 39th percentile. He said it was the low side of normal, but still totally fine!

I'm cooking a monster. On Tuesday (32 weeks), he was measuring just over 5 lbs.

Just curious - are you all getting a sono @ every visit and this is where your numbers are coming from?
My OB just measures my belly and tells me everything looks good -
I know I'm getting a 36 week sono that will give me a weight estimate, but that's about it .........

At 31w3d, DD was measuring 4 lbs 7 oz!  The OB said that was the 76th percentile, but just fine.

my dr. did not ever tell me and i never asked b/c he said it is such a guess-timate and not accurate. He literally guessed but that was all.

I've been getting sonos every month bc I have a low placenta so they need to monitor it every month. Now I have a sono every 2 weeks bc it's getting closer. I go again in 2 more weeks for another.

I don't get one every visit, but my doctor did one at 33 weeks and I have one next week at 37 weeks. I didn't have one between 20 weeks and 33 weeks. I thought that was my last one, but he told me next week I get one, I don't think he has any rhyme or reason, sometimes I get them, sometimes not.

sorry I am a crasher on this board - secretly wish I was prego again.
I had a sono at every appt last time and was not high risk or anything...my dr had the sono machine in every room so does one every appt....LOVED seeing the baby every time.

At 32 weeks, the baby was 4lb 11oz. I was freaking out because I thought that was too big, but the sono tech told me that was great and to not change a thing (eating habits), the baby was very healthy. It's just hard when you read on baby center that the baby should be 3.75 pounds.

I had 1 sono at 20 weeks and then another one this past visit at 32 weeks and the doctor called that the 'growth sono' to measure how big the baby is. I don't know when my next one will be, but I think I get 1 more after 36 weeks. Otherwise he usually just measures my belly at every visit.

I get a 3d/4d sono at every visit... im not sure exactly how the measurments go but I know that they measure the thigh bone, head and belly and it comes from those numbers - or something like that

At 36wks my LO is measuring 5lbs 1 ounce. They keep telling me that he is on the small side and should be growing a little faster (which of course makes me paranoid and upset).

@30/31weeks both ofmine were 5+!!! They were also both born over 10 pounds - which you don't want either!
