Baby Shower help!

Hey Guys-I am trying to think of a place for my aunt for her daughter's baby shower. Does anyone have any good ideas? Would like to be in Nassau-around 80-100 people. I called the Pompei today but I never been there but the price was not that bad. Has anyone been there for a shower?

The orchid in Garden City has a large party room - they have a lot of showers and rehearsal dinners - they are reasonable as well

Jonathan's in Garden City Park - beautiful very large room. Also, Paparazzi in Westbury is very nice, large rooms and great food.

Re: Baby Shower help!

I've been to a few showers at Pompei....it is the standard for the Malverne/W. Hempstead/Franklin Square/Lynbrook area I think...!!

It was pretty good and I think it is very reasonable.

Re: Baby Shower help!

Grappa in East Meadow has a nice sized room. I have also been to a private party in the resteraunt part too (so that is an option) and the food was excellent - family style.

Also try Singelton's or the Wantagh Inn. I have been to showers at both.

Really?? West end can't hold 100 people if they close the whole restaurant? Never saw the size of the room at Corbin....

How about Tres Bambini? Although I've never been there..lol
