If you actually plan to jog/run, the BOB Revolution is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about it. It handles really well. I personally wouldn't want to use it as the main stroller. I think it's a little heavy and a PITA to take in and out of the car. I prefer a lightweight stroller for running errands, trips to the mall, etc.

I plan on jogging with it I do 5ks so thats my plan and I also hope to use it as the main which is why im sorta thinking the summit may be the better choice for me

I have the Bob and love it so much. Very easy to fold and is so easy to push. IMO it is not an everyday stroller though.
It does fit in my car truck with no problem.
I don't know anything about the baby jogger, but everyone seems to love the City mini.
I saw you wanted to use one of these strollers as an everyday stroller, and I personally think both are going to be pretty bulky for everyday use. I would also get a Maclaren or something like that. I personally have the Bob, Snap and go (when DS was and Infant) and a Maclaren.
