We have it. I specifically wanted tandem, so we got the City Select. It's a nice stroller with a decent basket. UppaBaby just came out with a true double. It's the new Vista (not the old one). If it had been available when we bought ours, and if we had been willing to spend that much( it's a much nicer tandem with a phenomenal basket), we would have loved to have it. Either if the two can be used as a single or a double.
Lots of people love the City Mini double, but I didn't want a side by side and the basket on it is miserable, IMO.
