Baby Jogger Citi Mini Double Mommies......

Pros and cons?

I think I am almost set on this stroller. I looked thru some old threads, but just wanted to get some more recent opinions.

Thanks! Chat Icon

I LOVE IT!!! It is so easy to fold, light and easy to manuveur. It is small enough to go through regular doors also.
The only part I don't like is the car seat adapter. Its a bit bulky...but not a deal breaker.

I have a 6w and and 22mth old

ditto...I didn't even get the adaptor..it scared me how "shaky' it was, but I loved the stroller too much not to get it! (plus there wasn't any other that had most of the same things I wanted that i liked!)

I agree with all of the above. I also got the bungee/net cup holder for the back (it is fabric) and I found that to be a great add-on. I love it. This is the 4th stroller I have gotten (yes, I know) and definitely my fav.

Re: Baby Jogger Citi Mini Double Mommies......

I have just started using mine and honestly am not loving it. But maybe I am just too stressed to really get the hang of it.

Cons-the way it reclines. I dont like it , those pully things to make teh seat recline..I can never seem to get the recline at the right angle I want it.

The storage is impossibel to get to, not even worth having it

The accesories are $$$ to add on ( bar, parent console etc)

The straps are too big for me. My babies are on the small side and the straps practically eat them up.

I wish you could have a 5 point harness AND just a belt strap, if theres a way to have that, I havent figured it out yet.

Its flimsy, putting anything on the back is a big hazard ( like my 300 lb diaper bag. LOL)

Pros- SUPER light weight and easy to manuever

Nice and slim

Goes over bumps etc sooo smoothly

So easy to fold up and is pretty small when folded.

The canopy comes all the way down..this is a super big plus.

the only "better" for me strollers I saw were in the $600+ range and I couldnt afford that....the cheaper models didnt have the canopy/werent as light weight ...

I have it with the adapter. It's OK. I like how it's light enough and easy to fold and it's easy to handle.

But, Ryan is not a fan of the recline so he won't sit in it too long. And when he does, when he decides he's fed up and kicks, poor Colin gets a ride in the adapter b/c it shakes.

But I guess it depends on the day. Ryan goes in my SIL with his cousin who is also 2 for walks. They do just fine. Maybe Ryan isn't a fan of the adapter b/c he can't see that direction? We'll see how it works out when Colin is out of the infant carrier in a month or so.

My neighbor has this one and loves how small and light it is.

But, she does not like the small, plastic wheels. It doesn't glide smoothly.
