What did you bring to the hospital for your babys prints?? and where did you get it?? TIA!!

They put it on a beautiful certificate for us with DS. Next time I want them to put the prints on DH's shirt too.

I actually forgot to pack his baby book so they gave me a cute certificate which I now have in his baby book.
I hope to remember the baby book for baby #2 though.

I had two pieces of cardstock in my bag and DH took them out as soon as he spotted the ink pad  They did both sheets for us
