baby food - how many times a day
How often in a day do you give your LO baby food. DD is 5 months and will have a little fruit and cereal twice a day. Is that the norm or should I be giving it to her more or less?

We introduced food at 5 months. So it was just cereal at dinner. Then right before 6 months we added veggie to cereal at dinner.
At 6 months we upped to cereal and fruit for breakfast, cereal and fruit for dinner.
At 7 months we will add in lunch.

around 4 months we started giving ds fruit or a veggie at 430... we tried cereal and he hated it. We got approval to do oatmeal instead so we did that with the fruit or veggie
At 5.5 months we moved the fruit or veggie and oatmeal up to 10/11 am and added the other fruit/veggie at 430.
Will add in more when we feel he wants it, that is how we played it with the 2nd meal, he wasn't wanting the bottle after his am not and so i tried food instead and it worked...also helped him really nap since he hates naps
