Baby bump & back pain
At what point did the back pain kick in for you ladies? I just reached 24 weeks today and while sometimes I feel like this bump really isn't too mammoth, today my back has been KILLING me. I've been doing the full on hunched over grandma walk and all I can think is, how am I going to get through another 16 weeks and I'm only getting bigger from here! Isn't it too early for me to experience this?
Recommendations for relief welcome!

Re: Baby bump & back pain
Are you wearing flat shoes with good support? I found if I wore sneakers my back pain was better than if I were wearing boots (I was pg in winter). So flip flops might be contributing to your back pain.
Feel better!

Baby bump & back pain
My back has been killing me for weeks now. Mostly my lower back and butt area. I think it's a combo of weight in the front and picking up and carrying DS. I use the heating pad and that helps a little. Hopefully you just did something to strain it and this won't be an every day thing!
