Baby bjorn/other sling recs?
I have the regular (non deluxe) baby bjorn carrier and find it to be really uncomfortable to use with my 6 week old. Did anyone have a baby bjorn model they liked? Or maybe another brand carrier or sling? Holding my son is the only thing that lets me get work done around the house and the bjorn is killing my back and digging into my shoulders.

Ergo here too!! LAsts MUCH longer than the BB. I also like a plain sling, like peanutshell for quick trips in and out of the car.

Ergo and K'tan, LOVE my K'tan havn't really used my ergo
I felt the Ergo was a little bulky for DD when she was younger. I think we're going to get more use out of it when shes about 6 months because she will outgrow the K'tan.

HIGHLY recommend the boba wrap for a baby that young.
I used a boba wrap from the time DS was 6 weeks to 5 months and then moved to a Maya sling. We have an ergo as well but rarely used it.

Ergo carrier! It is a little hard to put it on by yourself but with some practice you figure it out! Also depending on the baby's weight you may need the infant insert!

With the ergo does the baby get to face out as well? and if not, did your baby get frustrated (eventually) not being able to see the outside world?

Ergo you cannot really face outwards they recommend the frog leg position because its better for babies hips. They suggest that when your baby is about 22 lbs and is about 1 year old you can put them on your back and that is how they would be able to see the world.
Edited for Ergo Link
